Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your neon sign in its original protective foam and cardboard boxing to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop confirms the sign is in original condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
